Venice is a neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. Venice is famous for its canals, beaches, and promenades. There is a 4 km long pedestrian promenade full of artists, fortune tellers, and vendors.
Due to the city of Los Angeles, the northern part of Venice is bordered by Ocean Court and Dewey Street (adjacent to the city of Santa Monica). It stretches erratically east across the Pacific Ocean to Walgrove Avenue, Beethoven Street, and Dray Avenue. It borders the parishes of Palms, Mar Vista, Del Rey, and parts of Culver City and Marina Del Rey.

Where to eat?
Among the most popular restaurants, the top-rated hotels within Venice are the Palazzo Bembo, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, and Hotel Ca 'Vendramin di Santa Fosca.
Salt & Straw. An incredible ice cream parlor that offers flavors, each more original than the next! And delicious, of course! Also, try avocado and chocolate fudge, lavender honey, black olive, and goat cheese! There are vegan ice creams (convenient for lactose intolerant).
Tocaya Organica. They have excellent homemade guacamole and tortillas. Tacos and burritos ditto. You will be treated to friendly service and very honorable little rosé. Go ahead with your eyes closed.
Cafe Gratitude. If you are tired of burgers, pizza, and more, this place is perfect! Original salads, bowls, sandwiches too, but all light, it feels good! Very friendly staff and pleasant surroundings Reasonable prices to note.
