Everything is great. The staff at the drop-off and pickup location are polite and helpful.
Great storage facility. It's very convenient that it's right next to the train station. Thank you very much.
It wasn't clear at all where to leave our things, so we ended up leaving them to chance in the main lobby, just hoping for the best and relying on a security camera that wasn't even pointed in the direction of the luggage. It was all very strange.
