This was my first time using the service, and I’ll definitely be using it again. I booked luggage storage (for my backpack) in advance for a time that was convenient for me. My backpack and everything inside it were completely safe—nothing went missing. The staff at the café-bar are friendly and always ready to help. Everything is fast, efficient, and convenient. All in all, I highly recommend this location on Ostrovsky Street for luggage storage.
