Great service—they took our suitcase right away, so we were able to spend the whole day exploring the city without having to carry anything.

The booking information didn't mention that an email with a code would be sent. The email arrived late. Because of this, we couldn't open the lock for a long time. Customer support isn't very responsive. It’s not possible to cancel the reservation, so a refund isn’t possible either. In this case, “storage” refers to an apartment where you’re asked to leave your belongings in the lobby. Anyone who has made a reservation can enter that space and, in theory, take your belongings.
