Qeepl allows you to leave your luggage for temporary storage. All luggage storage locations are verified to ensure the safety and security of your items.

We are connected with hotels, hostels, bars, pick-up points, cafes, and stores where you can safely leave your luggage for storage. Items are stored in separate rooms or at the reception area, accessible only to our staff.

The exact address becomes available after booking. We do not provide the address in advance to guarantee our clients the availability of space and expedite the luggage acceptance process. You can also cancel the reservation and get a full refund to your card if the address is not suitable for you.

If you made a reservation but are not satisfied with the address or have another reason, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund within 24 hours of booking.

If you want to leave your luggage for more days or add additional items, open the reservation and click modify.

No, only the same person can drop off and pick up the luggage. However, you can pass a set of keys through our service.

We do not have payment inside luggage storage points. All transactions are done online, after which you will receive full booking information, including the address and contact details.

You can leave a suitcase, backpack, bag, package, keys, and much more!

Restrictions may be specified in a particular storage point, but generally, there are none. You can leave both a small bag and the largest suitcase.

Of course! We take good care of the luggage. We provide a Qeepl guarantee up to US$1,000 for each luggage item. We also have video surveillance, and your items are under supervision!

The cost of luggage storage is US$5.99 for 24 hours of storage for each luggage item. The final cost depends on the number of days and the number of items you want to leave.
