This location is only an 8 minute walk from the Greyhound Bus Station! It was very easy to drop off and pick up our bag the next day after our concert. I highly recommend and will be using this location in the future! Thank you!

Yes, you can add items to the boxes, bags, or suitcases you've already stored, as long as the total volume doesn't exceed the capacity of the box or bag. Otherwise, you can book an additional storage space at the same location.

Can I pay on-site when I drop off my items?

No, all reservations must be booked and paid for in advance through our secure platform, with no hidden charges. Your payment is protected, and you benefit from COL$5,000,000 item coverage.

Can another person pick up my belongings in my place?

No, only the person who drops off the items can pick them up. However, you can use our service to hand over a set of keys. To do this, when dropping off the keys, the client must provide photos or scans of the ID of the person authorized to collect them and share the booking number with that person.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

If you need to modify or cancel your booking, the easiest way is through the booking details page in the Qeepl app. There, you can adjust the dates, drop-off and pick-up times, the number, and type of items. You also have the option to cancel or rebook at a nearby location.
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours of payment and receive a full refund.

Do you provide delivery?

No, we currently do not offer delivery services, but this feature is in development. If you're interested in delivery to or from our storage locations, or between storage points in different cities, please email us at support@qeepl.com. We can offer you the opportunity to become a tester of this feature under special conditions.
