b. Information we collect automatically
When you access the Qeepl Site and Services, we automatically record and store certain information by using cookies and other types of technology such as Google Analytics and Tidio online chat. Examples of information that we might collect are your Internet Protocol addresses, log-in information, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, advertising identifier, information about your visit including the URL clickstream to, through and from our Site or Apps, products you viewed or searched for, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
We also collect aggregated information regarding your activity on our Platform (such as the number of suitcases kept, your message response, etc.) and may publish such information on your public profile on our Platform.

Both the Site and the Services are not intended for persons who have not attained the age of eighteen (18) years. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 9. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
We shall retain information collected for a reasonable time frame, which will vary depending on the nature of the information and whether the information may be needed for future legitimate use. Unless we receive a deletion request, we will retain your information for as long as your User account is active or as is reasonably useful for operational purposes.
Following termination or deactivation of your account, we may retain information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. Similarly, when your personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete or destroy it.
